WHAT’S FOR LUNCH?

‘What’s for lunch?’,  is the question delegates, speakers and the media will be asking with enthusiasm, when Web Summit and Food Summit with Good Food Ireland kicks off in ten days time! Everybody will be eagerly anticipating what the family of Good Food Ireland chefs, cooks, producers and hospitality industry establishments have cooked up, for the thousands of attendees. Well…we may have a few little snippets of what mights be on offer. How about a tasty and spicy Vegetarian Curry from award winning Dublin Indian restaurant Ananda? Or a warming Beef Casserole from Harte’s Bar and Grill in Kildare? Delegates will also be nibbling on some delicioius hot dishes from Cork’s River Lee Hotel, The Yard restaurant in Wexford, Donnybrook Fare in and Rathmullan House in Donegal. Tipperary Hereford Beef will be brought to the diners courtesy of Country Choice in Nenagh and Larkin’s Bar and Restaurant in Garrykennedy, Tipperary. Toscana Restaurant in Dublin, whose menu features homegrown produce from the gardens of the owners, are making the most of their harvest in Penne Pasta with Tomato Sauce and seasonal veggies. What a treat! There’s more to come, we haven’t even started talking about dessert yet… Mull over this little lot and we’ll resume this conversation on the next blog!
