Cheese & Potato Cakes
This is dead easy and the perfect recipe for even the laziest of cooks.
- All you need to do is bung all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
- Once all your ingredients are well-mixed, then use a silicone muffin case, and fill it up with the mixture.
- Bake these delicious cakes at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes, until they're a lovely golden brown colour.
- Pop them onto a plate, these are great as a quick lunch served with a side salad, or as part of a bigger meal.
