What You’ll Do
Justin will take you through the woods, gardens and meadows of his historic home, where you will hear many stories, identify and forage for seasonal, wild edible plants.
On return, indulge in a delicious 3-course lunch made with seasonal ingredients from the walled garden and local artisan produce. This foraging and lunch experience will leave a lasting memory of the unique taste and flavours of this idyllic area.
Leaf and flower foraging from April to June only.
Wild mushroom and fruit foraging in the autumn only.
