A warm welcome awaits from Master Smoker Anthony who will guide you through his smokehouse and introduce you to the wonderful world of Irish salmon. Anthony will show you how he cures the salmon using the wet curing process that his father taught him many years ago and you’ll also discover how oak sawdust creates a smooth flavour. Afterwards, you can enjoy a delicious tasting of smoked salmon and Anthony’s other smoked foods. This is a very personalised experience and you’ll uncover glimpses of the unique smoking recipe that sets Anthony’s products apart and understand why they are much sought after from loyal customers around the world.
