What You’ll Do
Feel your excitement brewing on this immersive tour of the Dew Drop Brewhouse. Ronan and the team are full of fun and enthusiasm for the state of the art brewery and you’ll get a full behind the scenes run-through of the processes involved in making craft beer and, of course, you’ll finish the tour with a tasting or two.
Following this, a delicious three-course meal based on Irish seasonal ingredients awaits in the beautiful Dew Drop Inn. The lunch is paired with craft beers made in the distillery – Dew Drop Brewhouse “96” Oatmeal Pale Ale, “Hell Hath no Fury” Helles Larger and “Bushwacked” Dark Red Ale.

About Our Member
Ronan Kinsella and his brother-in-law Paul Lenehan and are quite the dynamic duo when it comes to setting up attention-grabbing gastropubs. They have brought us Hartes of Kildare and Ashtons in Clonskeagh, but the DewDrop Inn Gastropub is where Paul and Ronan began their careers in this arena, way back in 2007.
But it wasn’t until 2015 that Ronan Kinsella decided that he want to brew his own beers. A proud Wexford man, Ronan wanted to create a beer in commemoration of the year Wexford won the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. The process was a lengthy one with a number of years spent reading, researching and brewing and plenty of trial and error. However, Ronan’s efforts paid off and in 2019 “The Dew Drop Brewhouse” was born. Today, the brewhouse makes three core products including Dew Drop Brewhouse “96”, the year Wexford won the All-Ireland Championship.
