What You’ll Do
Siobhan takes you on a personal journey that immerses you in the art of craft brewing, the region’s cultural traditions and the history of the family who has been ensconced in the region for centuries.
Located on the family dairy farm in an area where 5,000 years of history lie buried, you’ll discover the brewing process, handle the ingredients, see the dairy parlour and cows and hear the history of this ancient land. Beer tastings take place in the original family homestead, complete with traditional dresser, range cooker and memorabilia of times past. You can even label and buy your own personal bottle of hand-crafted beer.
