We hope you remembered to put your clocks forward on Sunday morning at 1am. You’re probably still feeling groggy from losing an hour’s sleep. Ah well. Pull yourself together! The start of summertime is officially here. It’s all go,  as the mornings get lighter earlier, and the evenings stretch later and later. We have our fingers crossed for another great summer like last year, so our growers and farmers can reap a good harvest in the coming months. All our preservers put summer in a pot, for you to enjoy all year round.
