ONE WEEK FROM SUCCESS

Many of you will have begun 2015 with resolutions. Giving up smoking, alcohol or chocolate,  eating more healthily, doing more excercise, these are all popular decisions made as midnight rings out on New Year’s Eve. Hopefully those of you who did make one or more of those resolutions are still having success. One success that can be guaranteed this year though, if you choose to explore it, is the ability to cook better. Cooking better at home means a more wholesome approach ooto eating generally, and being able to enjoy and share your new skill with friends and family. A gathering round the kitchen table to feast on the fruits of your labour at the stove is one of the most satisfying ways to spend a few hours with your favourite people. At Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School, this pleasure is the focus of a week long cookery course.  ‘Cooking For Friends’ runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday from February 9th to 13th. A great way to spend the week, meet some likeminded folk, and hone up your kitchen skills. At the end of it, you can be sure you’ll be strutting your stuff with confidence in the kitchen, knocking up some fine feasts to impress the besties and the family. This is one of many one week courses which will run at the school in 2015. Watch this space for news on the others as they come up. Book online or by phoning the school on 01 2100 555
