April is a busy month at Rua Deli  in Castlebar. Co. Mayo.  The team have just launched a fantastic new chocolate range from a company in Ferns. Co.Wexford. Slick packaging gives a little idea as to the quality of this artisan product – what a treat! Other news includes the arrival of some great food books from Irish and international writers. Also celebrating the launch of this season’s Rua Wild Garlic Pesto and Wild Garlic Mayo – madein house from freshly foraged wild garlic from the region.   The pesto is superb matched with  some gorgeous fresh crusty bread from the deli, or use the mayo for dipping anything from fresh cooked prawns to big fat home made chips!  For bigger crowds, if you have a party, or communion coming up, Rua’s Takeout Food for Parties service is up and running. Taking the stress out of entertaining as only the team here know how!
