Less than two weeks to go to our annual Good Food Ireland Awards Ceremony! The excitement is building for the big night at The Shelbourne Hotel Dublin, on November 19th 2013. Some of our award categories now have their shortlists published on this website. Check them out to see who is now in line for a top honour. The remaining shortlists will be published very soon. It’s not an easy job to create a shortlist for any of our award categories, when all the businesses in the Good Food Ireland network are operating at the very highest levels at all times,  to provide an authentic Irish ingredient led food experience for all their customers. Businesses which are nominated on the shortlists have proved themselves to be among the best in the land, which is an honour in itself, up against such stiff competition. There are still categories to be added and more shortlists to be announced. These will be updated as they are finalised. If you see a business near you who has been nominated in our shortlists, please visit and congratulate them on getting this far.  In the meantime, there is still time to vote in The Food Lover’s Choice Category, the ONLY Good Food Ireland award category which is decided by the public. All other categories are judged by a Good Food Ireland panel of experts. Final voting date for the Food Lover’s Choice Award has now been extended to November 8th – two days left to vote for the business you think most represents the Good Food Ireland ethos.
