It’s voting time again. We’re not talking about political referendums and the like… This campaign is all about stepping up to the mark to vote for something we all agree on here at Good Food Ireland – that our prestigious Approved Providers do a great job in serving the best in Irish produce in their establishments. Every year at our annual award ceremony, the public get a chance to speak by voting online in our Food Lover’s Choice Award. You can vote for your favourite place to eat, stay, shop or cook, or for a producer whose wares you love. Voting is a simple process . Follow this link to see the complete list of Good Food Ireland Approved Providers all over the island of Ireland – then click on the one you like best. When their page opens up, just hit the vote button. You can only vote once – one vote per person! Our worthy winner last year was Kai Cafe and  Restaurant in Galway city. Jess Murphy’s funky little dining room is a crowd pleaser in no uncertain terms! Fans and food lovers were unanimous in deciding her creativity with local produce, served by knowledgeable staff,  in a friendly relaxed atmosphere,  made Kai the award winning choice for food lovers. This year’s Good Food Ireland award ceremony takes place  in  November. Closing date for public voting is 1st November 2013. So who will scoop this prized honour this year? The race is on!
