Smoked Chicken & Tarragon


Mix equal quantities of mayonnaise and Glenilen Creme Fraiche – about two dessert spoons of each; add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper, freshly chopped tarragon leaves (to taste) and lashings of torn Ummera Smoked Chicken breast. 
Serve as a main on a fresh crisp lettuce leaf with jacket potatoes and salads or as a BBQ/party dish.
