Pan seared Hake on bed of Stir Fry Vegetables with a Teriyaki Sauce

MethodÂ
Chop a medley of vegetables.
Make Teriyaki sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sherry, stock syrup & water. Heat & thicken with corn flour
Sear Fillet of Hake in a hot pan with little rapeseed oil. Season and cover lightly with foil.
Heat wok to smokey haze with little rapeseed oil .Add vegetables and cook quickly
Drizzle Teriyaki sauce over.
Plate and sit fish on top. Garnish  and enjoy.
