Enjoy a weekend steeped in Italian cooking at Renvyle House Hotel, Galway. Italian cooking is one of those things that we always go back to, full of flavours, and personality. Combine this with the roaring waves of the Atlantic, and you're set for a magical weekend away. Arrive to platters of antipasti, and get whisked away with Italian momentum.

Italian dishes have a way of exciting and comforting the palate silmutaneously. This is especially true of Catherine Fulvio's cooking. Catherine Fulvio of Ballyknocken House and Cookery School, is a familiar face, you've probably seen her on tv, and now you've the opportunity to witness the cook in action. She will be giving a cookery demonstration on Saturday as part of this wonderful Galway weekend away.

This will be followed by a five-course Italian Banquet prepared by Tim O'Sullivan, Renvyle House Hotel's Head Chef. The food will be paired with complimentary wines, to ensure that you'll be indulging all your taste buds. 

Once you've eaten all that you can possibly manage, you can retire to the luxury bedrooms, for a snug nights sleep. Renvyle House Hotel will also provide bed and breakfast for Friday and Saturday night. You won't want to leave on Sunday, but at least you'll be taking Catherine's expert cooking tips with you!
