Brooks Hotel is Ireland’s first member of the Great Whiskey Bars of the World and is a regular meeting spot for the Whiskey Society of Ireland. Their 62 Drury Street Bar & Brasserie has a magnificent selection of over 130 whiskeys from all across the world. The bar is a cosy spot and a lovely place to while away a few hours. If you are alone, it’s a good place to catch up on the day’s happenings with a range of newspapers, or browse the pages of a magazine while you sip. Staffs are knowledgeable on their beverages, so you might even get into a conversation on whiskey, wine or whatever else takes your fancy.

During the day you can have coffee and tea here too and light bites are also served. If you are looking for a real treat, order the Irish cheese board and pair it with an Irish whiskey.
