Buffet breakfast and lunch are available in the Ivy Room or you could opt for a more formal breakfast in the gorgeous Beaches Restaurant.
Beaches is the place to head on the weekend for a traditional-style roast lunch and mid-week lunch can be had in the French bistro-style brasserie, La Marine Bar & Bistro.
In the evening, you have the option of dining in the formal Beaches Restaurant which serves classic dishes with modern twists, or in the more casual La Marine Bar & Bistro.
There is complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and cakes each day at 4.00 pm in the Ivy Room.
Classic dishes with modern twists feature heavily in the Beaches Restaurant at Kelly’s Hotel Resort & Spa with menus that showcase the creative talents of Executive Chef Eugene Callaghan.
Expect to see fish and crab from Kilmore Quay, fresh mussels from Bannow Bay, a seasonal game like venison, pheasant, pigeon and mallard, as well as lamb and beef raised locally. Many of the vegetables are custom-grown locally or in the kitchen gardens, and the in-house bakery makes all the bread, rolls, confectionery and desserts.
Wine aficionados will get giddy perusing the hotel’s renowned wine list which is full of surprises, hard-to-find bottles as well as organic and biodynamic wines.
Of the hotel’s two restaurants, La Marine is the more casual dining option. This French bistro-style brasserie offers exceptional value on the various a la carte menus, with dishes simply executed in keeping with the French way of eating. A snack menu is available in the bar throughout the afternoon with lunch and dinner served daily.
Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for with separate menus that feature vegetable-heavy dishes bursting with flavour and creative touches.
There’s also a marvellous children’s menu that will satisfy even the fussiest of eaters.
The Sea Rooms is the newest exciting dining offering from Kelly’s Resort. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal while you take in the breathtaking coastal views that Kelly’s is famous for. The Sea Rooms is located in the vibrant gardens adjacent to the beach. Truly modern in design, the gardens and beachside setting encompass the dining space.
Dining is an absolute pleasure at The Sea Rooms. Menus range from a lunchtime menu to an evening 3-course and a 7-course tasting menu. The food offering reflects the space, being modern in style and you’ll find a selection of top-quality produce from the local region, including some stunning fresh seafood dishes. Moreover, much of the fresh herbs and vegetables come from Kelly’s very own Kitchen Gardens.
Private dining is available in “The MacGonigal” room – named after Irish artist Maurice MacGonigal whose artwork adorns the walls. The venue is ideal for any special occasion – anniversary, birthday, jubilee, family get-together – and the team at Kelly’s will ensure you have everything you need for a memorable event. It goes without saying that there will be a beautiful bespoke menu created as well as a wonderful wine list to complement your chosen food.
Meanwhile, The Ivy Room offers guests a buffet-style breakfast and lunch overlooking the beautiful gardens. The breakfast buffet is bounteous with fresh bread, cakes and fruit, plenty of hot breakfast favourites as well as yoghurts, granola, muesli and cereals. Lunch is an array of light healthy meal options, as well as scrumptious sweet treats and bakes. Make sure you leave room for the complimentary tea/coffee and cakes which are available each afternoon.
This family-run, seaside resort is one of Wexford’s most popular holiday destinations. With its relaxed vibe and luxurious leisure facilities, it makes for a perfect getaway for families, couples and groups. You can choose from standard rooms, suites and family rooms and there is a self-catering lodge across from the main building which can accommodate 8 to 13 people.
The hotel also offers interconnecting rooms which comprise of two bedrooms with a connecting door, and usually sleep two adults and up to four children.
The comfortable bedrooms and suites are light and bright and decorated in a contemporary style. They have all mod-cons including Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs and some rooms have private terraces or balconies and sea or garden views.

The sensational SeaSpa is extensive with 11 treatment rooms, a couples suite, a seawater vitality pool, a bio sauna, seaweed baths, a pebble walkway, ice fountain, mudroom, salt-infused steam room, rainforest showers, as well as an array of spaces dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing.
Inspired by the benefits of thalassotherapy, the SeaSpa uses seawater from the Wexford coastline in its healing and therapeutic thermal suite as well as its ESPA treatments.
The combination of the healing sea waters, heat and steam experiences, therapeutic lighting and textured surroundings works wonders for the body and mind and you’ll not only feel completely relaxed but also rejuvenated too. You’ll never want to leave.
Kelly’s takes pleasure in other people’s leisure. In fact, there are so many things to do that this hotel could be described as a leisure club too. For water lovers, there is an exercise pool as well as a leisure pool with water features providing hydro-massage. The swimming lounge has a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and heated loungers, there’s even an outdoor Canadian hot tub.
There’s an on-site gym – much needed after all the delicious food – and there are fitness classes too.
You can practice your backhand on the indoor and outdoor tennis courts or play some crazy golf, snooker or table tennis. You can go for a jog on the running track or play croquet and bowls on the lawn.
If all that sounds too exhausting, you could just chill out in the TV room or the library and card room.
To keep the little ones entertained there is a kid club, children’s playroom and games room as well as pirate ship playground. Plenty of ways for them to burn off energy and make friends.
“The MacGonigal” room is an ideal space for small meetings. The room has all the high-tech equipment you need to carry out business, including a state-of-the-art projection system, and the team at Kelly’s will arrange all the conference conveniences you require.
The team at Kelly’s feel strongly about locally sourced produce and are also committed to growing their own ingredients. On-site there are large kitchen gardens and polytunnels which supply the hotel with fresh, naturally grown produce. The hotel also uses waste food, grass clipping, leaf mould and coffee grinds to make compost.
Guests can stroll around the gardens and admire the food which they will be eating in the hotel.
The hotel also has a wood chip boiler – the wood chip is carbon neutral – and the wood is grown and harvested within 80km of the hotel. It is stored, dried and chipped at a local depot in Clonroche, Co. Wexford.
