This one-night-only event promises a spectacular evening of refined dining, seasonal Irish ingredients, and elegant pairings featuring Bollinger Champagne.
Guests will begin the evening with a cocktail reception on the hotel’s newly reopened rooftop bar, enjoying panoramic views across the Dublin Docklands as the sun sets.
