Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4tbsp Harnett’s Lemon and Thyme oil
- 1 Clove
- White wine vinegar or lemon juice
- Seasoning
- Chopped fresh thyme
Method
Peel and stone two ripe avocados.
Smash flesh with a fork till smooth.
Stir in 4 tbsp lemon and thyme oil, 1 clove peeled and crushed garlic, a dash of white wine vinegar or lemon juice and seasoning.
Stir together to a dip consistency, adding a splash of water to thin if necessary.
Add some chopped fresh thyme and serve with crackers or raw veggies for dipping.
