We all love soup. It’s one of the great sustainers in the winter months. March can be full of surprises when it comes to climate. Two years ago we had early summer temperatures. Last year the countryside was covered thick frost and even snow. You never can tell with March. That’s why it’s called a mad month. O’Connor’s Seafood Restaurant in Bantry recognises this fact. Winter eating is not quite removed from the menu as yet!
