BUTLER IN THE PANTRY

In days of old, every great house had a great butler.  He was the man who made sure the right foods for the right occasions were always in the pantry. Christmas was one of the busiest times for any butler – he would take care of everything the pantry needed, from organising the cook in the making of the festive edibles, to making sure the silver was polished, china was shining,  glassware gleaming and the linen crisply ironed, in readiness for the big day. Not many of us can boast the privilege of a personal butler. But we happen to know a place where you can get all the fine foods every self respecting butler would put in the pantry this Christmas. The Butler’s Pantry food selection for this festive season is as delicious as any you’d find in the big houses of old. All homemade in small batches from natural ingredients, just how you’d do it yourself.  Everything from homemade mince pies, Christmas cakes and puddings, to the finest of savoury dishes that take the strain out of Christmas entertaining. It’s all in the range  – and Managing Director Jacqui Marsh is delighted to announce that The Butler’s Pantry will also be delivering this Christmas. Orders can be delivered to your door up to late afternoon on Christmas Eve. Christmas foods in the range can also be picked up from any of The Butler’s Pantry shops in Castleknock, Bray, Temple Hill, Rathgar, Clontarf, Sandymount, Mount Merrion, Greystones and Sandycove, or indeed online at thebutlerspantry.ie. Bring a little old fashioned gentility home this Christmas, with your very own Butler in the Pantry!
