The day we had the pleasure of visiting Fish City, the chef prepared a ‘Fish City Kiev’ as the main course which consisted of a fresh fillet of cod stuffed with garlic herb butter, lightly coated in crumbs and served with a white wine sauce and crushed coriander potato – so delicious! The fish is deep-fried for the fish & chips and is perfectly cooked in a house recipe light batter.

The cooking oil and frying equipment used at Fish City is monitored and tested on a daily basis. Fresh oil is used on a daily basis and the cooking temperature is monitored and tested multiple times a day to ensure that the deep-fried fish & chips are cooked in the healthiest way while also complementing the flavour profile.

Customers can expect a dining experience offering traditional and speciality seafood dishes all cooked and presented with an innovative and modern approach.

During our visit, it was apparent that the service team are very motivated and friendly in their approach and willing to offer advice and knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Feel free to ask about the provenance of the ingredients, especially the fish and seafood on the menu, the team will happily share with you the journey their produce takes to reach your plate.
