The richest sporting event in the world, The Breeders Cup invited us to represent the culinary cuisine of our country at their Taste of the World pre-opening private party.

Working with Tourism Ireland we brought our food and our people to all stopovers of the Volvo Ocean Race, Alicante, Boston, Capetown, China, Stockholm and Galway and fed our Irish Green Dragon crew, provided tastings and produced gala dinners for 250 of our country's guests.
Others include: Darley Irish Oaks, Tattersalls International Horse Trials, Breeders Cup USA, The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival, The Irish Open.

We created a dining showcase for the Irish Farmers Association (IFA) to highlight the wealth of premium Irish food across our country for An Taoiseach and Irish government Ministers.
