- Lemon juice
- Freshly chopped tarragon leaves
- Ummera Smoked Chicken breast
Mix equal quantities of mayonnaise and Glenilen Creme Fraiche – about two dessert spoons of each; add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper, freshly chopped tarragon leaves (to taste) and lashings of torn Ummera Smoked Chicken breast.
