Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Classic Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 10 Mint Leaves
- Egg White
Method
Add ingredients to shaker and shake. Add ice next and shake vigorously. Smash the mint in the shaker and fine strain.
To Garnish: clip a stem of mint onto the side of your cocktail glass.
