Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Classic Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Muddled Basil Leaves
Method
Add Shortcross, sugar syrup and basil to shaker, muddle the basil. Add lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled tall glass filled with ice and top with soda water.
To Garnish: serve with a fresh basil leaf.
