If you live in Dublin, you’re bound to know Aqua Restaurant in Howth. Aqua is located in the former Howth Yacht Club building, on the end of Howth pier, with spectacular sea views. Only nine miles from Dublin city centre and easily accessible by public bus and the Dart line.  Aqua is the place to come to eat the freshest fish and seafood. The restaurant’s lively website includes a blog, updated regularly, with news from around the area. Latest blog includes a post on seabird watching on and around the island of Ireland’s Eye, which is visible from Aqua’s dining room. This island is home to a number of seabirds, which nest here in summer time. Boat trips to the island are available from the pier.
