Today and tomorrow are big days for Irish food. It will be on display in all it’s glory at the US Embassy’s 2014 Annual Economic Conference, taking place at the US Ambassador’s Residence in Phoenix Park, Dublin. This year’s theme is ‘Smart People for a Smart Economy’. There’ll no doubt be all sorts of financial questions flying back and forth over the two days.
