Cook with the Ard Bia Head Chef

Enjoy an Artisan dinner and learn to cook with Ard Bia Nimmos Head Chef Ronan Reynolds.

Ard Bia Nimmos Restaurant is placed right in the heart of Galway’s collection of Artisan restaurants. Nestled in the Claddagh Basin in Galway City, this is a wonderful location for cooking. Think coastal views, think Irish produce, and think of a comfy casual vibe.

At Ard Bia the food does the talking and this cooking course is no different. Spend the day celebrating wild Irish game and learn how to cook fish properly. And what better place to cook fish, right at the front door of the Atlantic Ocean.

You will learn from head chef Ronan Reynolds, who is not only a superb chef, but a hunter-gatherer. There’s no better man to head-up a class dedicated to local Irish produce.  The night will be dedicated to some of his favourites with game, venison, mackerel and white pollock – all on the cooking menu. Dinner will be served after 6pm (once the cooking course concludes).

Tickets include dinner and this unique cookery course from one of Galway’s culinary gems. Book to avoid disappointment as the places are limited.
