The Foods Of Athenry, owned and run by Paul and Siobhan Lawless, specialises in a healthy baking range for conventional or restricted diets. This husband and wife pair firmly believe that good things should be available for all, and have made it their business to develop tasty baked goods which have an eye toward health and specialist diets. Two separate bakeries under one roof produce wheat and spelt baking, and a fully certified gluten free range. The Foods of Athenry Gluten Free Crackers are already hugely popular. Two new additions to this selection recently scooped honours at this year’s Great Taste Awards in London. The crackers have had a makeover in looks and name and now come under the ‘Toast’ family – all award winners. Latest new products released in 2014 are the Gluten Free Vegan mini cookies, named ‘Cookie Shots’, just 4g weight and 18 calories per shot. These come in the new resealable pouch pack range which also includes gluten free and vegan flapjacks ‘Just Oats’, and a totally buttery version, aptly named ‘The Works’!
