What better place to go green for Saint Patrick’s Day than in a cafe based in a garden centre?! That’s where it’s at on March 17th. On Wexford's Ballycanew Road, at The Greenhouse Cafe in Springmount Garden Center, customers will be enjoying a thoroughly green menu in honour of the Saint. Romayne Farrell’s lovely conservatory style cafe to the rear of the garden centre is light filled, with pretty garden tables and chairs and colourful cosy rugs to keep your knees warm if its a chilly day. She is nothing if not dedicated to creating a simple menu from local foods,  and delights in home baking of scones, cakes, breads and desserts.
