Healthy Fish


As we’re on a healthy tack the last few days, here’s another suggestion that might make a difference to your well being. For a start, we should be eating more fish. You can go to your local fishmonger, check out our recommended fish shops as they provide a really easy to use product you can incorporate into everyday cooking. Fillets are nil to prepare and quick to cook. For a low fat option, simply wrap in foil with a little lemon and some fresh herbs and seasoning.Then bake in the oven for a short time only. Or grill with a tiny bit of butter if you feel extravagant enough to use it! For extra health go for a member of the oily fish family, which means you get lots of healthy fish oils to boost the immune system these cold January days. Plus it  tastes nice. What more could you want?
