Next month’s Dublin Horseshow celebrates Ireland’s year of The Gathering. Ireland’s largest annual equestrian show is one of The Gathering’s main events for this special year, where all those who have any connection to Ireland are invited to come and catch up with friends and family, and take part in a special programme of events throughout this year. Dublin Horse Show takes place from August 7th to 11th 2013. Alongside  a packed programme of events in the show ring, the Dublin Horseshow will have something for everyone who loves shopping. From equestrian books and essentials to smashing frocks and great food! Among the many stands at the RDS Good Food Ireland producers Crossogue Preserves are in attedance – offering a great value deal on their home made chutneys. Three jars for €10.00,  specially for this event. A great way to perk up picnic and lunchbox sandwiches.   P. S. A little bird has it that Good Food Ireland MD Margaret Jeffares will be proudly showing one of her prized Ballykelly Sport Horses – reared on the Jeffares’ farm in Drinagh, Co.Wexford. Our MD will be there in all her glory, trotting her horse around the show ring in supreme style! We wish her and her four legged equine friend the very best of luck  – and hope the pair will bring home  a Dublin Horse Show Gathering rosette –  to add to the numerous ones she’s already gathered!
