Look who we met today! Helen Gee of G’s Jams, lady herself! Here she is on this beautiful Friday morning, up at the crack of dawn to make a pan of plum jam. We caught her in action. This lady is a ball of energy and enthusiasm, and was happy to show us how she creates her award winning range. The plums for this batch of jam came from the trees of a local lady in Abbeyleix. Hand made and hand jarred, soon to bear the famous G’s Jam label. Coming to a fine food shop near you – very soon!
