The beauty of Italian food is its delicious simplicity.  When you crave an Italian, nothing else will do.  Crisp bubbling pizza, bowls of deep flavoured pasta smothered in parmesan.  Bright salads just to make you feel better and lashings of gutsy Italian red wine to wash it all down.
