This weekend sees the celebration of one of Scotland’s most famous poets. The work of Robbie Burns will be recited at Burn’s Night Suppers, in Ireland as well as in Scotland.  January 25th is the designated day, in commemoration of the Bard’s birthday on this date in 1759. At Balloo House, traditional food of this annual event will be served.
