Well, here we are in Dublin at the RDS. We think we've remembered everything! Our members are all set up and have enough food to feed an army! Which is just as well because judging by the size of the crowd, we may as well be feeding an army. We've got lots to impress though. Fine Hereford Beef from Tipperary, Farmhouse Cheeses, artisan breads, bakery and crackers, hot dishes with meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan themes. Oh and the desserts – puds, buns, cakes, chocolates, all hand made. Irish produce at it's best under the Good Food Ireland banner. Bring it on!
