Pop Up Dinner with Ballymaloe Cookery School and Slow Food Ireland


Enjoy an evening of fine dining in one of Ireland's leading culinary institutions, Ballymaloe Cookery School as they host a pop up dinner in conjunction with Slow Food East Cork. 

Set outside the bustling town of Midleton in East Cork, Ballymaloe Cookery School is headed up by Darina Allen, a women passionate about local produce and a keen advocate for Ireland's local producers. In the school students lear the importance of carefully sourcing their food, with most of their ingredients sourced from the cookery school's garden. The use of local produce and ingredients is at the heart of this establishment. 

In conjunction with Slow Food East Cork, a not for profit organisation which envisons a world where everyone can access and enjoy good healthy food, Ballymaloe Cookery School are hosting a special Pop up Dinner with a surprise menu to keep you guessing. Special guest Jared Batson and his friends from The Nomad Food Company, Chicago will provide you with the most delicious of foods using locally sourced ingredients that will get your tastebuds going! 

It promises to be an excellent evening, a must for any food lover. All proceeds will go to the East Cork Slow Food Education Project.
