Ed Cooney has a way with food. You’d expect that, him being the Executive Chef of the luxurious Merrion Hotel in Dublin and all that. He doesn’t hold the top job for nothing! Alongside his role in a professional kitchen, he also finds time to spread the Good Food Ireland message at many events, including the recent Breeders Cup Event in the States. So when he’s not talking recipes or creating them, he’s using them in his spare time to represent the best Ireland has to offer to an international audience. That’s dedication.
