At Lough Erne Resort and Spa in Fermanagh – Executive Chef Noel McMeel has taken chocolate to the max on his menu. White Chocolate Soup, if you don’t mind. A magical infusion of best quality white chocolate drops,  real vanilla and fresh Irish cream. We think this would make a souper offering on a tasting plate with other chocolate creations.
