Spicy Inspiration

As part of the Boyne Valley Food Series Head Chef of Copper and Spices and Euro toques Member Nitin Gautam will present a cooking demo and dinner Tuesday 12th May 2015

“Confusion is what holds people back from cooking Indian food at home. The spices, the health misconceptions, the hard to pronounce names’ say Nitin.  His aim is to show you how easy it is to make a healthy quality Indian dinner at home.

The demonstration will start at 6pm.  Firstly Nitin will give a brief introduction into Indian Spices.  The menu for the evening has not been decided yet, but you will be shown how to prepare a starter, main course and rice.  It will be a fun evening, bring pen and paper for your notes.

Question and Answers with Nitin by 7.45pm, followed by a 2 Course dinner with a glass of wine. You will also get to bring home a sample of Nitins spices.

It’s an ideal opportunity to book with friends or a chance to extend your recipes for dinner to another realm of culinary cooking.

We look forward to sharing our passion of Indian food with you.

The event cost €50.00 and can be purchased directly in Copper and Spices, or with Eventbrite
