SUMMER FISH


We saw some delicious dishes prepared by Good Food Ireland chefs in the Kitchen Theatre at the Golden Shears Championships. Many well known faces took to the stage,  to show us exactly why they are part of this network, and why they love the produce of their regions. Two Cork boys gave us great double act. Richard and Duncan Blair of Blair’s Inn showcased fresh fish from their supplier in Carrigaline, Cork, and West Cork Chorizo,  in a beautifully presented main course fish dish. Just to make it easy, we include the link to the recipe here – Baked Haddock and Dublin Bay Prawns on Gubbeen Chiorizo Crusted Potatoes with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis and Basil Oil.
