The Tannery Cookery School offer a very popular three day intensive course. Long enough to really feel the benefit but not too long to be away from home or work. The course offers a mix of demos and practicals where Paul and Michael Quinn will share their combined 50 years of restaurant and chef experience with you. This course is not for a beginner, but for a proficient cook who wants to be challenged, inspired and taught secrets of a restaurant kitchen which can be adapted to home. Its also a good starting point for those who might want to open a small cafe.
