Taste the flavours of wine and food beautifully paired at Hayfield Manor this March.
Hayfield Manor believes in flavour first, whether it’s the flavour of their gourmet food experience, or the flavour of their impressive wine list. They plan to impress you with a wine and food pairing night that will leave you enchanted. This March, will see the Hayfield Manor host an evening like none other as part of the Wine Society. Step into luxury, and sit yourself down for an evening sampling wines from the finest domains in the world. There will be an introduction from Keith Isaac from Castelnau Wine Agencies and Eno Wines to kick off the night at 7pm.
The night will commence with a glass of the famous Champagne de Castelnau. Following this is a delicious 5 course meal prepared by our Head Chef, along with various Burgundy wines from the Patriarche Winery. Each featured vintage will be carefully paired with crafted dishes from their Executive Chef Mark Staples. The fresh produce of Hayfield Manor, the succulence of the local meats and the richness of the wines on offer will be memorable. Pre booking is essential.
