A WEEK AT BALLYMALOE COOKERY SCHOOL
This August, grab an opportunity to enjoy the total residential Ballymaloe Cookery School experience, condensed into just a week. Two separate week long courses give participants a real taste of what it’s like to live, cook and learn at this prestigious cookery school – the only cookery school in the world with it’s own 100 acre organic farm and gardens.

Students on this course will learn how to
· Sow a seed, learn the basics of organic growing and how to make compost
· Make your own cheese, starting with the fresh milk from our Jersey herd.
· How to work with a glut, what to do when your growing is too successful!
· Learn many recipes to make with wonderful produce.
Alongside the classroom activities, there will be plenty of opportunity to stroll the gardens and farm and get an insider’s feel for how the school produces it’s own meat, milk, eggs, fruit and vegetables, which form the basis in learning the appreciation of starting with good ingredients.
