Each evening begins with a glass of something nice and canapés on arrival. Then take your seat to listen to the experts. The line up includes Gary Hughes on top food and wine menu recommendations,  and the low down on flawless make up from the house of Bobbi Brown. Travel writer Pol O’Conghaile gives advice on the best honeymoon destinations. Wrap all that up with a fashion show from one of Dublin’s top bridal boutiques and a parade of bridal gowns from presitigious designers. All presented by TV 3’s Sybil Mulcahy, who takes questions from the floor to the experts afterwards. First forum is Thursday 21st February, with two more planned for July and October.
