After a restful night’s sleep, start the day with a bountiful breakfast buffet in The Garden Room. Fuel up on porridge with Bushmills whiskey, farmhouse granola or muesli, natural yogurt and fruit, or a cold meat and Irish cheese selection. Of course, you can also try a traditional full Irish breakfast with the works.
