  • 4-6 Dromod Boxty pancakes
  • 3 streaky bacon rashers
  • 2 tsp toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Method

Cook the bacon in a pan or in the oven for a few minutes, until crispy and fully cooked through. Place the bacon on top of a stack of warm pancakes, then add the hazelnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
