During our visit to the restaurant, Indie Spice development Head Chef Aaron Shanan James did a masterclass demonstration on the attention to detail preparation that takes place in the kitchen before service.

This sets Indie Spice Grill Swords apart from their competitors, the ethos of freshly cooked dishes to order relies on the hard work put in by the chefs before service.

Chef prepared a tasting platter of dishes off the menu. The combination of flavours, quality ingredients and sauces on the side was a delicious tasting experience, the standard of plating presentation matched the quality of the Indie Spice food.

Dining out in Indie Spice Swords is an enjoyable and sociable experience. The dishes produced by the team at Indie Spice are fresh, healthy food using Halal meat.
