This is achieved through sourcing fresh ingredients from hand-picked local and Irish producers and from fresh produce grown in their on-site kitchen garden.

There are two dining options at the Ballymore Inn, to the front of the premises the very stylish Main Restaurant oozing with atmosphere and ambiance. During the day the restaurant is filled with natural day light and in the winter days visitors can expect a blazing open fire feature at each end of the restaurant. To the front of the restaurant there is an outdoor space that is covered and heated for comfort offering outdoor dining as an option. The main restaurant offers a lunch and dinner menu.

In one corner of the main restaurant is a shop display of The Firecastle range of food that customers to The Ballymore Inn can enjoy at home.

The main restaurant is overlooked by a well-stocked cocktail bar and wine cellar. To complement the quality food offering, visitors can expect a selection of premium spirits, cocktails and a selection of Dewdrop Brewhouse craft beers.

Diners visiting The Ballymore Inn can expect a freshly made in-house selection of desserts.

The day we visited, Chef prepared a showstopper main course of Fresh Cod and Prawn Risotto. Chef sources fresh fish from the Duncannon Fish Company which specialises in supplying fish from Irish waters landed at fishing ports in the South East
