Great news from Co. Galway. Award winning The Foods of Athenry launched its brand new website last week. According to Siobhan Lawless, the team are thrilled with the new design,  ‘full of fabulous imgaes’.  We’ve had a look and we’d have to agree – a bright and easy to navigate site which gives you all you want to know about this specialist bakery at the click of a mouse! Plus some great recipe’s from Siobhan’s kitchen. What more would you need to start cooking The Foods of Athenry way!

Add to this another clutch of Great Taste Awards from this year’s judging only last week, and we can safely say this innovative company is still topping it’s game in the traditional and healthy baking sector. The Gluten Free Christmas Pudding took a gong this year, making a grand total of 40 Great Taste Awards in the last six years. And it doesn’t end there. The taste of Galway will be arriving soon in Waitrose stores in the UK. We’d like to wish Siobhan, Paul, and the team every success with the launch of their range in this chain of top food shops.
